| Calendar of events 2009-2011 - mile stones for our company | January 2009 | We are ready to launch a new sales team fully functional and ready to serve our client Dell Compiuters. We start focusing on Home and Office department and we cover Inspiron line, Studio line and once again the XPS line along with Alienware line. We dedicate special attention to laptops and in particular to Mini Dell a new revolutionary net-book mini computer for the user on the go. It was 2009 and it was a very popular product at that time. | | December 2009 | After a very successful year 2009 with great sales results and impresive revenue for Dell Computers - Home and Office Department, we successfuly completed objectives outilend in the contract with Dell, we collected our bonusess and incentives well earned and we moved on to the next client. It is a the nature of the business in CRM industry to have a limited time contract, to fill the need for our client, to perform as their EXPERTS and to EXCEED THEIR EXPECTATIONS and when the contract is over, to move on. We are still in a great relationship with Dell Computers, we enjoy prefered discounts for their products and we will mutualy keep our doors open for future colaborations. | | January 2010 | Way before January 2010 we initiated negotiations with a key player in Airline induistry. In January 2010 we had the contract in place and we had to engage quick in learning as much as we can about our new client jetBlue Airways. Out task was to cover the urgent need due to a major internal IT system and critical software update that they had planned since 2008. We start a very intensive training program and by the end of February 15, 2010 we where ready. |
| February 28, 2010 | jetBlue and our team of at least 120 employees are ready to face the major change that is scheduled to take place before the March 1st, 2010. We are all ready and commited to make it work. | | March 10, 2010 | The major update took place. We where able to hande with very little disturbing events. It will be a lie to say that it went all nice and smooth with no problems, but all the great peopple and EXPERTS involved in the proccess made the change with very little disturbance for the customers and for the business flow overall. We had more major problems with the winter and snowsotrms on the east coast, having many delaies and cancelations in New York, Boston and Washington area then with the change and the update that took place in the background. It was however a very intense experience for all of us and a great opportunity to be part of the Airline industry. | | April & May 2010 | April and May it was maybe one of the slowest and more disturbing period for us. We where still serving our client jetBlue, but the contract was due to expire in June 2010 and we started negotiations with few other potential clients, but no clear leads or clear results yet. |
June 15, 2010 | After very intense and complex negotiations in the end we managed to start a new cooperation that will be very beneficial for both parties. Our new client is a major player in the job market and business environment in our area. We have beeing lucky and fortunate to be selected from a list of more than 500 comers to work with this new client. Our new client is the local government, yes, the government of the State of Utah. The main focus of our cooperation is workforce management & development, training & development and business consulting with a target objective on matching employers with job seekers based on labor market informations and local labor needs & trends. | July - November 2010 | We are fully engaaged with our client, the local government in business consulting, workforce management & development, research based on labor market information, study and learn about the local job market trends, occupations in demand and taylor the available job seekers to fill the needs of employers in order to lower and reduce unemployment and increase employer satisfaction with the new hire workforce. | | November - December 2011 | A major change of policy takes place in one of the most popular programs with the job seekers that are no longer or are not qualifying for unemployment. The change was initiated by the local government with the approval of the legislature and also from the federal government. The new phlosophy is focused on employment at full ability and getting ready for the available occupations in demabd in the area. |
| January - March 2011 | We are commited to our client, our local government and to it's customers. For local business we provide business consulting specialised in staffing and recruiting, aligning their available open positions with the local labor market trends and training their new hire to become more efficients employees. For the job seakers, we focus on assessing their status, identifying potential obstacoles and barriers that may prevent them to be ready for a good job, finding solutions to overcome those barriers, career enhancement counseling, imporving their skills with proper training and getting them ready for the ;ocal occupations in demand so they can increase their own chances of success in finding a good satisfying job that will help them become self suffcient. | | April 2011 | We start orientation, research, study and training about a business management concept designed to improve a system performance. We study and research the Theory Of Constrains - TOC - and we all try to learn as much as we can and to absorb this concept, what it is, how it works and how can we apply this theory in our every day business operations. More details will come as we will become more familiar with TOC and with the final result Troughoutput Operational Strategy, - TOS - that is "the vision" with some basic steps on how can we improve the results of our work. | | |
